Brittany provides a safe, supportive space for teens and young adults to explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and build resilience. This stage of life can be a time of significant change, and therapy can help with developing coping strategies and solutions to address an array of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and relationship struggles. Brittany is trained in various approaches to help meet teens and young adults where they are with whatever issues they may be struggling.  Individual therapy can also help improve communication skills, manage the pressures of school, family, and social life, as well as learn empowering tools to strengthen overall social, emotional, and mental well-being.
